"The Drug Advisory Council of Australia (DACA) is an incorporated body of individuals and organizations which seeks a society freed from the pernicious influence of mind-altering chemical substances. The use of such substances diminishes a person's capacity to operate as a human person, with freedom to make wise choices and to assume the role of a responsible citizen citizen. We are therefore concerned about the personal health of individuals and the common good of a flourishing society."
